RUNNING FOR UNITED STATES CONGRESS DISTRICT 1–

Congressman Don Davis has spent his life serving North Carolina and his country. Don is a veteran, educator, minister, and public servant dedicated to the citizens he serves. Don attended the United States Airforce Academy, and Served in the United States Airforce for eight years. Don was an educator for over twenty years, including as an assistant professor of Aerospace Studies at East Carolina University.

At 29, Don became mayor of Snow Hill, focusing on infrastructure projects and working hard to give back to the people. In 2008, Don won his first Senate seat, and in his six terms as a Senator he has brought results to rural eastern Carolina. He has delivered infrastructure projects, increased wages for teachers, expanded access to healthcare, and increased overall quality of life for rural Carolinians.

In 2022, Don was elected to the United States Congress as a Democrat, with the honor of serving eastern North Carolina as he has for so many years.
